Procedure of Specimen preparation.

1. 2.Metallographic study and analysis of: Steels-Low, Medium, Eutectoid and High Carbon, Stainless, Case carburized and HSS, Cast Irons – White, Gray, Malleable and Spheroidal.

Non-Ferrous Alloys-a-Brass, a-b Brass, Bronze, Al-Si and Babbit

1. 3.Study of TTT curve

Study of microstructure and measurement of hardness before and after the following processes: Annealing, Normalizing, Hardening, Hardening and Tempering.

1. 4.Study of Microstructure Characteristics by Image Analyzer.
