The Five-Day Workshop on Salesforce Essentials for Business Specialist sponsored by TASK is organized by CSE department in association with ISTE, IEEE, and CSI. This workshop is aimed to train students on Salesforce cloud platform for selected BE ¾ CSE students. This workshop is sponsored by TASK without any cost.

Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge was established by the Government of Telangana for enhancing skilling synergy among institutions of Government, Industry & Academia. TASK is a not for profit organization created by Government of Telangana for bringing synergy among institutions of Government, Industry & Academia with an objective of offering quality human resources and services to the industry.

The Salesforce Essentials for Business Specialists course will provide an understanding of what’s possible with the Salesforce platform, its specific applications, and their business values and benefits. It gives an overview of the Salesforce Clouds and how they integrate and interconnect. By learning the features and processes of the platform, it will be easier to more effectively support day-to-day Salesforce business operations within your organization. Through five days of interactive lectures, discussions, and hands-on exercises, student will learn to recognize the important elements of the implementation lifecycle, the key considerations to drive user adoption, and the important components of ongoing management of your Salesforce environment. This course is organized by TASK.

Students are trained on various topics which include Introduction to Salesforce Applications, Data Access and Security, User Management and Troubleshooting, Customize Salesforce, Automate Business Processes, Report Generation, Data Management.
