- MVSR Engineering College celebrated Engineers day on 15th September 2017 in Nadergul Campus as a part of Centenary Celebrations of Maturu Gopal Rao, Founder Chairman. Prof., S. Ramchandram , Honorable Vice Chancellor of Osmania University was the chief guest and Dr.P.Laxminarayana, Dean Faculty of Engineering was the guest of honor for the occasion.
- To inculcate human values and holistic development of the students, lectures by eminent speakers like Sri Swamy Bodhamayananda of Ramakrishna Mutt, as also by others on Independence Day and Republic Day, are regularly organised.
- Sri K.P. Purshottam, Scientist/Researcher, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Gaithersburg, MD, USA, delivered a lecture on “Tools and Techniques in Nanometrology” onth 29, December 2017.
- Guest Lecture on “Design and Analysis of RF Antennas Using ANSYS HFSS”, by Mr. Pavan Kumar Nanduri, National Technical Manager and Head – EBU from ARK Info solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyd., on 10-Aug,2017.
- A technical lecture was given by Mr.M. Raveendra Reddy on “Renewable Energy Sources and the Current Scenario in India.” organised by Power and Energy Society of IEEEMVSRSB on 16 April 2018.
- Sri Ashok Ponram, Scientist – E, DRDL, Hyderabad delivered a lecture on “Advances in the Metrology and Instrumentation” on 18 Sept 2017 in the Mechanical Dept. ,
- A Guest Lecture on Indian Capital Markets by Mr. Vinay, National Stock Exchange (NSE) on 22nd February 2018. He enlightened the students on the functioning of Capital markets, Trading etc.
