Annual Day-2012
All Academic and Co-Curricular activities Conveyed in the most awaited day of the year, that is the Annual Day which was conducted at 31/03/2012. With the start of every academic session, activities galore like classes, exams and the various cultural events, each having its own charm. The two-day Technical Fest Samavarthan-2012 culminated into this Annual Day, coordinated by Mrs.V.Geetha,Asst Prof. Mr.Kulkarni ,Asst. Prof organized the stage decoration for the event and Dr.Sravanthi ,Assoc. Prof , the prize distribution. Dr.Sunita Bhan ,Assoc.Prof and Dr.I.Satyasree ,Assoc. Prof were Masters of the Ceremony. Our College is now 31 years young !!

The programme began with ‘the lighting of the lamp’ by the Secretary and other dignitaries marking the beginning of evening’s festivities. The invocation was rendered by Ms.Harini of the MBA Dept. The Principal, Dr.Uday Kumar, presented the Annual Report, highlighting how the college excelled not only in academics but also in various sports at the State as well as National level and extracurricular activities conducted by Osmania University.
The Chief Guest and other dignitaries shared their thoughts and encouraged students with their inspiring words. A new Content Management System Based website, developed by MCA department, was launched by Guest of Honour Sri.Ramam Atmakuri. The Website Development Team was led by G.Srishailam ,Asst.Prof and M.Kalyan Rao ,a Final year MCA student .They were appreciated in the occasion for their effort.
We are indeed proud to have another feather in our cap as three students bagged the 1st,3rd and 6th ranks in All-India GATE 2012. K.Rakesh,1st ranker in ECE Mani Kiran, 3rd ranker in CIVIL and Vivek, 6th ranker in IT were felicitated by dignitaries. Dr.M.V.Sridhar, Secretary MES, on behalf of the Management, generously announced that the MES will sponsor the entire college fees for the above GATE 2012 toppers in respect of their Post Graduation.
Gold medals were given to the Best teachers across departments. Osmania University rankers along with class toppers, for the academic year 2010-2011, were also awarded with Gold medals. The students were given prizes for various academic activities and achievements.
Our mentor, the Vice-Principal of our College, Prof.S.G.S.Murthy, proposed the vote of thanks. The programme was a great success and was highly appreciated.
