Threat to Peace due to International Terrorism
The International Thematic Conference and Young Leaders' Consortium conducted a Model United Nations workshop in our college on 8th, 9th of February, 2015. The chief trainer, Mr. Shouryadipta Sarkar, a student of RV College of Engineering left the audience enthralled with his knowledge and wit. The delegates were first made to perform a team activity which made them think about inspiring leaders and society's biggest villains. After this, the delegates were taught about the rules of procedures and the functioning of UN committees. A mock UN session was then conducted with the topic being "Threat to Peace due to International Terrorism." The audience was responsive and their involvement was appreciated by everyone.
