Dr. M. Raju obtained his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University College of Engineering Jagtial in 2012. He received his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Silchar in December 2018.

He published 5 international Journals, 7 international conference articles and 1 national conference article. Currently, Dr. M. Raju is working in the institute since 25/02/2019 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

His areas of interest include automatic generation control (AGC)/ Load Frequency Control (LFC), Nature Inspired Optimization Techniques, Micro Grid, Power System Deregulation, Fuzzy logic, Modelling and Simulation of Electrical Energy Systems etc.,
