Dr. T. Chandra Shekar obtained Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University College of Engineering Anantapur in 1998 and Master of Technology (Power Electronics) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University College of Engineering Hyderabad in 2005. He received Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi, April 2016.

He published 2 papers in international Journals and 4 papers in international conferences.    Dr. T. Chandra Shekar is working in the institute since 02/07/2015 as an Associate Professor in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

His areas of interest include Power Converters, Switched mode Power Conversion technologies, Modelling, Design and Control of Power Converters, Controller design methodologies, Applications of Power Electronics etc.,
