Functions are to:
- Frame a set of rules, policies and Procedures for efficient utilization of Library Resources and administration of the library.
- Propose the annual budget forlibrary.
- Recommend books, periodicals, Magazines, subscriptions and Journals to fulfill the requirements based on the proposalsfrom respective heads of the departments.
- Indicate the requirements of all types of library inventory.
