Sub: Anti Ragging Measures-Request for active participation of all staff -reg.

All the staff are requested to take rounds (whenever there is no class work) in their respective blocks and college campus, especially to have a strict vigil on activities of senior students in the campus as well as in front of college gate. To PREVENT & CURB RAGGING and to safeguard the general well being of the student community and to maintain congenial and healthy atmosphere in and around the college campus. This will act as a confidence building measure among Ist year students. Appropriate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Staff members travelling in the College/RTC buses/ and Seven seaters are also requested to have a strict vigil and take appropriate action and report the matter accordingly. Co-operation in this regard is highly solicited.

Head of the departments are requested to inform the teachers handling Ist years classes to check from students as to why they are late to their classes in the morning and after lunch break. This will help in ascertaining the MODUS OPERANDI of ragging by senior students and to take effective measures to CURB RAGGING.
